Where can I eat ?

You can order direct delivery from Malibu Restaurant or visit nearby places like Dilan Restaurant and Beta de Oro. We also offer private dinners in the dome and traditional Costa Rican breakfast. All domes have equipped kitchens.

Is a 4x4 vehicle necessary to reach the property?

No, a 4x4 is not required. The road is mostly paved. Sedans can reach us comfortably, though SUVs offer more ease.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer transfers from SJO ($180) and LIR ($235) airports. Please book at least 24 hours in advance and provide your flight details.

  • Are tours or excursions offered?

    We assist with booking canopy tours, hiking, Isla Tortuga trips, coffee tours, and more.
  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    The property is smoke-free except for designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • What activities are available for children?

    Children can enjoy the pool, green spaces, and we recommend nearby family-friendly activities.
  • Do you offer laundry service?

    Laundry is available for $9 per load. Request via the form in your room.
  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $30 to $50 per night. Please notify us beforehand.
  • Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

    Yes, luggage storage is free at reception. Enjoy the garden, pool, or common areas while you wait.
  • Is parking available on site?

    We offer free, secure parking monitored by cameras for your peace of mind.
  • Do you provide airport transfers?

    Transfers from SJO and LIR airports are available for a fee. Book 24 hours ahead with flight details.
  • Can I request an extra bed or crib?

    Extra beds cost $15 per night; cribs are free. Please request in advance.
  • Is there a TV in the dome?

    Domes do not have TVs to encourage disconnection. Apartments include Smart TVs with Netflix.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    If upon arrival the guest is not satisfied with the accommodation, they may receive a full refund provided they:

    Notify reception within one hour of arrival.

    Do not use the accommodation (i.e., do not stay overnight).


    100% payment required at the time of booking.

    Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

    Cancellations 13 days or less before arrival: Non-refundable.

    Exceptional Cases: If a guest presents official documentation from a hospital, doctor, or relevant institution due to a serious personal or family emergency, we will evaluate cancellation options.
