  • Booking & stay data: dates, guests, preferences, add‑ons, messages, incident reports.

  • Technical & usage: IP, device/browser, cookies, Meta Pixel/SDK events, analytics, campaign source.
  • Media & consents: photos/videos you provide, marketing consents, complaint/opt‑out logs.

3. How we use data (lawful bases)

  • Contract: manage inquiries, bookings, check‑in/out, payments, and customer support.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, analytics, service improvement, and relevant direct marketing (you can opt out at any time).
